155 Bishopsgate

Completed in September 2010, this project consisted of two roof terraces with an atrium sitting centrally between them.

The concept and final design were influenced by considering the clients requirements which include access, types of use and which respected the views out over London.

New Court, London

The Architect’s concept was for a series of evergreen rooms, set out within a formal garden grid. The rooms create a sheltered environment for informal meetings and entertaining, the planters and trees create vertical accent and visual and biodiversity interest each with a seasonal interest.

CFA were tasked with taking the initial concept through to successful detail design, plant procurement and implementation. Detailed plant procurement and preparation was critical in achieving this instant impact landscape, many floors up in the sky with only limited growing medium available.

CFA produced a concept design for the Level 10 residential roof terrace at Nova, Victoria. The design of the roof terrace provided a landscape response that complimented the architectural form of the building. The terrace includes a pavilion which is a social hub for residents and seen as a high spec amenity.

Designed with KPF Architects and completed in May 2007, this accessible roof garden has quickly established itself as a truly dynamic space, designed to accommodate a variety of functions. Paved areas consist of mainly high quality Yorkstone paving and timber seating. Feature lighting enhances the roof garden for evening use.
